Christmas

So, Christmas is coming. YAY! I love Christmas.

This song came out last year. It is written by the hilarious Tim Minchin, and this version performed by the fabulous Kate Miller-Heidke, I love it.

It was slammed as 'A sick joke' and 'not in the spirit of Christmas' by the Australian Christian Lobby. So I, therefore, as a Christian girl who is rational and has a sense of humour and understands that all sorts of people celebrate Christmas, absolutely love it. I think it exactly sums up the 'spirit of Christmas' for people who don't go in for the religious aspects. Because despite the common belief of Christians, Non-Christians are actually nice, caring people too who do look for meaning in things.
